Post Vacation Post
I dropped Mary off at the D-F-Dub for second time Monday morning. Her original flight was scheduled to leave Sunday, but was cancelled due to mechanical probs. So she was finally able to escape back to the left coast and I returned to all the dust and no trees in West Texas sad and lonely. Gay-cay was fine. The best part was that we got to spend nearly ten whole days together—the most she has been able to endure since X-mas. Seven of those we spent in North Carolina and at least one of those I spent trying to convince her that living in a lighthouse would be the coolest thing you could do and all of our means should be devoted to reaching that end. Anyway, it was pretty killer. Got to do some catching up with some friends. Good times were had on all fronts…..and backs. Baby, you need to put hell of pictures on here!!!!!!! XOXOXOXO
